2019 VIP Party at the NACS Show

What could be cooler than having GO produce a party on the field of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium for you and 2,500 of your closest friends? Having the stadium decked out in intriguing activations featuring every brand at the table for you to enjoy -- Punt/Pass/Kick, a beach party, a gaming station, bull riding, a photo booth, beer gardens and an affogato bar. That’s not enough for you? Then, add in special performances by Carmen Electra, Miss Jubilee, the Atlanta Falcons drumline and cheerleaders, DJ Milk & Cooks, Femmes of Rock and Jake Owen. Throw in the custom invite, venue décor and food and beverage and it sounds like a party to us!

VIP Party at the
NACS Show

GO produces an exciting and memorable special event for convenience store owners and industry VIPs attending the NACS Trade Show. Working with party co-sponsors, we design and mail invitations and tickets, produce venue decor and streaming video, and manage food & beverage for more than 2,500 guests. The highlight of the evening is a private concert with such entertainers as Jimmy Buffett, Train, Sheryl Crow, Flo Rida, Bret Michaels, and Darius Rucker to name a few. Going on our 12th year, the VIP Party at the NACS Show is now considered the ultimate see-and-be-seen event.

2019 Best Practices
Workshop

When an event has been held for many years in a row, one would think that there isn't much room for improvement. Until they meet the GO team, that is. This year, during DuPont’s Best Practices Workshop, held in Scottsdale, Arizona, we pulled out all of the stops – guests were greeted with a burro serving beer at the Welcome Reception, the Expo invited people to discover the Alkylation innovation journey, and DuPont experts lended themselves to one-on-one sessions with customers where questions on any alkylation topic were addressed. Plus, all of the information that guests needed was captured in the BPW App, making navigation of the workshop easier than ever before!

The highlight of the evening included private performances by Patrick Sieben, Femmes of Rock and DAUGHTRY.

Lion's Choice
New Market Entry

GO was hired to assist in one for the history books - Lion's Choice opening its first restaurant in the Kansas City market. The assignment was to GO BIG at the official grand opening day in Independence, Missouri - and big we went. From a horse opening the drive thru (carrot sticks, anyone?) to a robust ribbon cutting, GO produced an opening that Lion's Choice declared "the best one yet." We are proud to have produced an event that was one of the biggest for Lion's Choice in attendance, press coverage and sales.

Best Practices Workshop

For three years and counting, GO produces an event that brings together an elite group of attendees from around the world for focused learning, information sharing and networking that's known as DuPont's Annual Best Practices Workshop. GO ensures a personalized yet practical 4-day event that includes it all - from picking the site, wayfinding, entertainment, décor, exhibiting, food & beverage, and everything in between. Facilitated sessions translate information into practical strategies, all culminating with engaging and fun networking.

Hospitality Suites

Traditional networking and social interaction can be done with sophistication, flair, and unique entertainment. In the corporate world, you can never do too much to make a good impression. Through the years, GO has worked hard to develop ideas to keep your hospitality suite vibrant and enjoyed by everyone – all with the understanding of the unique demographics and professional ambience of the event.

Intrigue

GO produced a formal holiday celebration that brought together members of an elite organization for networking and secret surprises that may have taken them outside of their comfort zone at least once. It was an evening of mystery, romance and “Intrigue”. We began design with an “Eyes Wide Shut” inspiration and an invitation package that included masks to don with the guests' formal attire. Venue selection, palate enticing dinner and drink menus and an evening of “surprise” entertainment were concepted, coordinated and managed by GO.

Red Hot Lounge

To complement Landshire's new hot-sandwich concept introduced at the National Association of Convenience Stores event in Chicago, we designed and produced a sizzling evening of entertainment, food and fun in the Crimson Lounge at the Sax Hotel. Over 200 special guests ate, drank and enjoyed musical entertainment, beer, spirits and wine flights paired with tantalizing hors d'oeuvres.

The Next Big Idea

MICDS (Mary Institute/Country Day School)

is an independent preparatory school and is recognized as one of the nation's leaders in independent education. MICDS needed a

buzz-worthy event to attract donors for a new state-of-the-art science and technology building on campus. With the theme "The Next Big Idea," more than 700 guests were treated to a memorable evening, including a performance by a group of electrifying entertainers who dance in complete darkness. Now that's a Big Idea.

Hook, Line & Sinker

The Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a global network of young chief executives, had

a muddy good time at the Hook, Line & Sinker Family Event and Mud Run. YPO members embraced their own inner kids as color-coded families competed on a one-mile obstacle course through woods, over walls, and through waist-high mud and water pits. A hot gourmet BBQ lunch pulled the group back together, as a DJ spun enough tunes to get everyone dancing off their dinners.
